Spiritual Seeking and Finding
Spirituality is the way we seek deeper life, seek great experiences of life and seek meaning individually. Religion is the way people do this together. Unitarian Universalism is a religion; we seek greater life in community.
Doing this together doesn't mean there is only one path. There might be as many spiritual paths as there are people. Some spiritual practices are best done alone like putting aside time for silence in the morning. In addition to our communal worship on Sunday mornings, these gatherings are also available:

Meditation Classes Sitting on a chair, breathing in... breathing out... Staying in the present moment. When thoughts arise, let them go, coming back to the present moment, breathing in... breathing out... Feel it in your body; simple, but not easy. Saturday mornings at 11:00, once a month.
