- 02/21/2022 update - The Status of 25 Old Jackson Ave
- The Board and the Emergency Task Force have moved forward with rescue and repair of 25 Old Jackson under the congregation’s authorization to “investigate selling the property.”
- Very soon the property will be ready to list with a realtor as commercial property. All of the damaged walls, wiring, and damaged contents have been removed. The wiring has been replaced and the exterior walls have been insulated and replaced with mildew-resistant materials. The water, electricity, and heat have been restored. The interior walls have not been finished, leaving final reconstruction for a potential new owner.

- New location: Our discussions with South Presbyterian Church in Dobbs Ferry continue to go well. We are discussing renting the manse. Assuming we reach an agreement, we would target having our first in person service October 31st. Currently, there is no handicap access to that building. We will plan to install a ramp. We will update as the date gets closer.

- Piano: Our piano has made an amazing recovery and may ultimately be able to work as well as before after some more drying out and repair. We are currently working on storing its parts in climate controlled settings for another month to see if there is more improvement.
- Clean Up Day: Saturday, October 2nd we invite volunteers to join us for a clean up day to continue to remove and discard debris from the building, and to help salvage items for future use. There will be a portable bathroom available, but no running water. People are encouraged to dress for a mess, bring work gloves and pack lunches and snacks.
