As Unitarians, we search for truth individually and collectively. We are open to many spiritual paths and know that truth is revealed from many sources, including personal experiences, the truths of science, the Judeo-Christian tradition, humanist teachings, our reason and conscience, and the people of faith from all over the world.
FUSW is a liberal religious congregation shaping the world in our image of love by Deepening Spirituality, Nurturing Community, and Advancing Justice. We abide by the 7 principles you will find below.

7 UU Principles
1.
Unitarian Universalism is a covenanted, non-creedal faith. We believe truth continually unfolds, so we follow no fixed doctrine. Committing to one another, we seek truth individually and together, drawing from personal experience, science, faith traditions, humanism, reason, conscience, and global wisdom, honoring many paths to life’s mystery.
2.
Justice, equity, and compassion in human relations.
3.
Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations.
4.
A free and responsible search for truth and meaning.
5.
The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large.
6.
The goal of the world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all.
7.
Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
